The question is, is this the kind of look we start seeing more often? Obviously matchups vs. other teams make the difference, but that look and that line up was pretty good.
That and Jacobson and Young are not positively contributing right now.

Conditt got 31 out of 45 min available, which is a lot for a big.

Bill Self and Bob Huggins are Bill Self and Bob Huggins.

Chris Beard is one of the hottest names in coaching and coming off a national championship appearance.

Bruce Weber has an Elite Eight and a conference regular season title in the last two years.

Lon Kruger has a Final Four in the last four years, plus he's Lon Kruger.

Jamie Dixon has built TCU into a program that isn't embarrassing (when they were the Rutgers football of college hoops not too long ago) and also has an Elite Eight on his resume.

Scott Drew has two Elite Eights and Baylor is always formidable.

Then you have Shaka Smart and Mike Boynton. Boynton just signed the #2 player in the country. Shaka hasn't been great at Texas but he has a Final Four.

Steve Prohm... is not near the top of this list. Even if you like Prohm, I don't think you can put him in the top half. He's 8th at best right now. (By the way, this list isn't in order; Drew would be higher than 7th on my list.)

God I hope so

I mean, it was somewhat 'new' so who knows what Bill Self does against it, but it was far less predictable.

Still allows for rotation of players to come in and do some work.

Btw ...just because I need an example but Prohm plays the nice guy enough...that review of the Bsne out of bounds was the worst thing I’ve seen in a long time. I told my wife that Hollywood would give it to tcu...then tie the game and I said 8 seconds was too much to end the game and that we had to go to overtime...the Cyclone way. I just assume this stuff. So worn out on it though. Go Cyclones though lol ****

Yeah, no Cyclone touched the ball. The guy was fouled but it should have been our ball.

That’s what I said...he was fouled but once they had already missed that it was a complete debacle to give them the ball. Unbelievable

I actually don't mind that call in general. It should be a push. They need to make it official policy though and also be consistent.

We need to remember there is a difference between being irrational and being disappointed. Irrational thoughts, when acted upon, actually make us look like the fan bases we often times make fun of when they experience disappointments.

Well I guess he did sign him, though the way he did it had nothing to do with his recruiting skills.

It’s not a push. They missed the call so they gave them the ball and missed 2 calls. ISU was up 3, even on 2 made free throws were up 1 and this game doesn’t go to OT.
