It’s not a push. They missed the call so they gave them the ball and missed 2 calls. ISU was up 3, even on 2 made free throws were up 1 and this game doesn’t go to OT.

Yeah I'd like to see something official that says "if the out of bounds call on the court is incorrect but replay shows a foul being committed the ruling on the court stands". If this is a real thing it would be the dumbest rule ever implemented.

Replay clearly showed Bolton never touched the ball (got all arm) and the ball went out of bounds off Bain and thus should have been ISU's ball. But we all knew Higgin's wouldn't admit a mistake.

I called it that he’d still give it to tcu cause he’s an idiot. My wife was in the other room and didn’t believe me until TCU hit the 3 as well. Unreal

You know, it's not worse than losing to Hampton in the NCAA Tournament as a #2 seed with Jamaal Tinsley.

It wasn't as devastating or awful, no. The game in Boise stayed with me for quite a few days and made the NCAA tourney even hard to watch.

But I think by rankings for the teams, and definitely for the line on the game, Tuesday has to be up there. Especially at Hilton. But it wasn't devastating...almost funny to go along with the UWMKE loss etc.

The loss to Florida A&M was indisputably the worst loss in my lifetime. It didn’t have a big impact on. The year as it was a regular season non conference game but it was a much worse loss.

My wife cried. Last game on Friday Night to boot! Losing to FAMU sucks, but ISU is not a very good team either, so even though it was a bigger point spread loss, a really bad team upsetting a bad team in the Regular Season is easier than a good team upsetting a great team in the NCAA Tournament. At least IMO. FWIW, Both losses suck!

It was a Thursday iirc. Because I was hungover as F for class the next day, and came back to my dorm door and room littered with notes from my Hok floor mates. It was a rough day for sure.

Yes I understand that and by the rule they should of given the ball to isu. Not disputing that. Just saying that in that case where an obvious foul caused the ball to be mishandled and they are going to review it I'd prefer they do it this way. Your not getting the foul called but your not getting credit for a turnover. A push.

I know Hollywood Higgins has a good reputation and all, and he's certainly better than a lot of the incompetent jokers we see out there, but I've always thought he's been overrated.

Because that Samuel guy setting the screen is like 80lbs heavier than Bolton so he bounced off him like a fly.

Great analysis by everyone other than Samuel was on the bench not setting the screen. It was Grayer that set the screen. Dixon wasn’t going to put his 30% foul shooter on the floor in a must-foul situation.

Sorry that play went fast. He was the guy who set the screen for the baseline 3 the possession before. That’s when we should have fouled him.

I completely disagree with your opinion that this should be made a rule, but if it was, the rule has to be that you call a foul upon replay NOT award the team the ball. Awarding the team the ball nullifies the whole play.

Perhaps we purposely hacked the ball handler up 3 knowing that we were beat on the drive and TCU was still in single bonus.

Not sure what was talked about in the last timeout of regulation, but I know my points of emphasis would be:

1. Foul
2. Not let Nembhard or Bane shoot an open 3

Still shaking my head that a guy who was 5 for 7 on the night got basically an open 3.
