I honestly watched only a few minutes of that one and skipped it. Didn't like it at all. That's one of the things I kind of like about Visions, is that it's appealing to different tastes. For the record that one is getting a lot of love on some of the things I follow.
I'm slowly making my way through Visions. While watching Episode 5, I realized they should have used its story line into the movie episode 7. With Luke being the secret Jedi master looking for lost Jedi without masters. Rey could be Kara. The trilogy would be Luke and Kara/Rey working together to become a Jedi, gather other Jedi and rescue her father from the evil Sith Lord (not stupid palatine). Jeez I hate Kathleen Kennedy.
Finally finished Visions and found it to be a mixed bag overall. There were some I liked decently, some ok ones, and a couple downright unwatchable ones. Overall, the series was just alright I guess. I could take it or leave it.
Hope they green light them for a series.

Trying to tamper my expectations for the Fett Series... It's really hard after how strong Favreau has been
the guy was the most mysterious yet awesome character in sci-fi cinema for 20 years…then he gets two rounds of massive backstory. I don’t blame them for going there, I probably would have too, but you’re competing with the wild imaginations of fans with this character.
I never liked what Lucas did with Boba/Jengo and the whole clone army in the sequels. But its what we have, and I've loved the Mandalorian so I'm here for the Book of Boba and all the other Star Wars series in development.
Yeah, I feel like it got too cute with the little bits of backstory info the few but passionate fans had in the dead era from late 80s to mid 90s. The Mandalorian series created the kind of mythos I'd have rather seen where it's not so much about one man beneath a suit but the history of where the armor came from.
(Mild-Spoilery Review) Saw Book of Boba Fett Ep1 last night and found it to be alright enough I guess, but nothing to write home about. For a Boba Fett series directed by Rodriguez in episode 1, the same director who directed Fett's action packed episode in The Mandalorian S2, I kind of found the one big action scene to be underwhelming. For one, why was both Fett and Shand unarmed with blasters going into Mos Espa anyway? Also, when they were blocked into that circle, I kept screaming at my TV "DUDE, use your frickin jet pack!!!!!". The choreography of how it played out just didn't make much sense at all, and the Fett we saw in Mando S2 would have wasted all those dudes in a second in my mind. Anyway, maybe it has something to do with Fett's seeming health issues or whatever. Anyway, its not that big of a deal and I can forgive the nonsensical action for a single episode. It is what it is. I will say I did love finally seeing the Gamorrean Guards finally get their chance to kick some butt and not just be some fat pigs in the corner. The return of the torture droid 8B8 and the Max Rebo band from Return of the Jedi was pretty cool too. So anyway, did I love the episode? Not exactly, but I guess it was good enough. Good enough to be intrigued by where we go from here.

This absolutely blew my mind. What a hilarious nod to Patton Oswalt
Being a huge Star Wars fanboy I went into BoB wanting to love it. It was pretty meh for me. Of course I'll keep watching, but it was a rough start I thought. I think I'm going to have a hard time with this whole "honorable rogue" character arc they have him on. I feel like there are a lot of inconsistentlcies with the character overall.
