Now I feel old, I remember when we didn't even have lights and they'd bring in the Musco trucks for the odd night game
Yep, that was big-time!

Not sure Campbell is going to have to worry about running into him at Big 12 Media Day next year.
FWIW, the 3 Guys Before the Game pod (super reasonable WVU fans, solid show, would recommend) says he will not get fired. They are not on that bandwagon yet and spent much of their post-ISU game pod explaining this. The biggest is the financials but they aren't convinced he's losing enough yet to get canned. It's like a weird in-between territory. It felt like one of them had an in with the AD or something and basically said "he's not getting fired".

I thought the same thing I also feel like someone under 65 produced the Playlists and it worked
To clarify, I didn’t post this to bash the folks opinions who watched on tv because I think you had to be there to really see it all come together.
I wasn't at this one, but in 2021 your comments were true. Our white-out did close the gap a whole lot though.
not to be too critical but there were some new elements on the video board but there really wasn’t any game production about the white out. The field paint was a nice touch but I’m talking about the actual entertainment production of the game with video, audio, lights, etc.
I’m still amazed at how much more advanced it was than ours.

That was a good show. I watched the pregame one and also the one after the game. The guy in the middle is from Iowa and maybe played basketball at a Des Moines high school?

Neal Brown was a desperate man on the verge of losing his job last Saturday night. I'd feel sorry for him if it wasn't for the fact that he will be paid many millions of dollars to go away. We should all be so unfortunate.
Still waiting for my employer to do this to me.

Oh... and when we're actually trying to just kill the clock at the end, which is good sportsmanship, their head coach keeps calling timeouts. I was SO glad CMC decided to throw the fade to Higgins just to put his foot on Neal Brown's throat and show him who's the boss in this game.
I loved that play call and execution.

No way Campbell does that last year.

Happy to see him back to being bold.

Oh how far we've come, this was only a month ago!:

Matt Campbell makes Brian Ferentz and Ken O'Keefe look creative and daring.

We've officially got the fair weather fans back, that's how you know this season is special.
