Special Announcement?

Is it just me or does $15 mil over 10 years seem really low? I mean thats pennies to a major university over 10 years right?

I am sure they shopped it around to Alliant, Sukup, Monsanto, Pioneer, etc etc and MidAmerican had the best overall offer.

In other sponsorship news today, Pollard announced:
  • all urinals in JTS are now presented to you by Fireball Cinnamon Whisky
  • all toilets are now the Jack Link's Hot & Spicy Beef Sticks Thrones
  • the long-awaited return of the Jack Trice SEZ Hot Tub which will stage the "Bruns & @brentblum Postgame Special sponsored by Dangerous Curves" after every home game
This doesn't bode well for Johnny Orr Floor @ Hilton.

Page 255 of the Berkshire Energy 10K reports Mid American Energy had $2.837 billion in revenue for FY 2017. $1.5 million annually is not even a drop in the bucket for them. I would hope that with success on the field there are escalators in-place.
So we are going to be able to go up escalators after coming in the gates?

As a comparison Minnesota is getting $1.4m/yr ($35m over 25 years) to be TCF Bank Stadium and Houston is getting $1.5m/yr ($15m over 10 years) to be Texas Dow Employees Credit Union Stadium.
Thanks for the information, and i’d have to think that naming rights for the field is worth quite a bit less than the rights to the stadium

Did we get a Bugle sponsorship yet?

Also, would not step foot i the hot tub for post game. After a full game of drunks sitting in there, uh no thanks.

Dupont is no longer an stand alone.

I am sure they shopped it around to Alliant, Sukup, Monsanto, Pioneer, etc etc and MidAmerican had the best overall offer.

Dupont/Pioneer is now Corteva and Monsanto will be become Bayer in the next week or so. BASF finalized the buyout of certain Bayer businesses a couple of days ago. Since that was done, Bayer can officially now change the name from Monsanto to Bayer.
