Sitting on same side of Booth/Table

Is sitting on the same side of the booth on a date romantic… or a full-blown red flag?

Depends.

Does she have man hands?

(at night, all cats are black, I'm just sayin')

Isn't it so they can watch the TV together if there's not another TV facing the other side of the table? I mean it's also to secretly make out even though everyone can see, but the TV thing too.

My wife and I went to a sport bars to catch some March Madness games and did the same-side thing because one side of the table had a ****** view.

Side note, I will never hear the "both watching tv" reference without thinking of this shirt I got as a white elephant gift a few years ago:

I came here to make handy vs footy joke, and EVERYONE beat me to it. Well done all.

In seriousness, opposite side. First, its easier to eat without bumping elbows. Second, you can look her in the eyes when talking, and at her bosoms when not talking.

I personally sit across unless one of the kids wants to sit next to me but the older I've gotten, the more I really don't give a **** what other people do if they're not bothering anyone else.
