Sam Richardson's on a "pitch count" this week

The 100% completion rate during 7 on 7 doesn't really tell us much of anything. Still doesn't change the fact that he isn't a threat to throw it deep.

Rhoads is lying about that. He didn't throw 10 balls yesterday. I know this for a fact.

So what? Even if he is lying, it may be strategic. If you have access to information from inside the football practice facility, keep it to yourself.

Why was Sam in the OU game when it was already a blow-out?? Just stupid coaching or was there a better reason?

Before the injury I would imagine they were trying to get the offense back on track in a game situation. Sometimes they are money ahead if they can get some success, even at the end of a blowout. It can carry forward to the next game.

After the injury, I have no idea.

Well, isn't that special?

I'm beginning to think that Rhoads has been lying a lot in the last several years.

You know, like every year when he says he has the most talented team ever. And every year the OL is the strongest position on the team. Etc, etc, etc.

His press conferences just seem strange to me quite often. Why would you even mention that he hit on 10 of 10 in practice? What good does that do for Sam Richardson? It just sets up people's expectations again, and then when he comes out Saturday and looks terrible, what are we supposed to think?

And his whole bit about commenting on the 10 players that are still out just looks like whining and crying to me. Lots of coaches are dealing with injuries. Get over it. Man up.

To get more butts in the seats.

Well if Sam is ready to go he could lead this team to his first Big 12 victory...ever. Career wins against a terrible Tulsa team, a terrible Iowa team and a Toledo team absolutely riddled with injuries does not give me hope on him getting his first win this weekend.

Excuse me guy. I'll post what I want to. I know a lot of the local media was ****** 2 weeks ago when he said Richardson was fine all week. I think its funny that he's lying again to them.
