A lot of small towns have tanks, but Emmons Minnesota/Iowa is the only town I know that actually has a helicopter from the military

Also, seeing how Minnesota county roads are basically 60 mph roads, but Iowa are 55 mph roads; when I’m going down the road on the state line do I drive 60 on the Minnesota side and 55 on the Iowa side.? What about if I’m passing somebody and when I cross onto the Iowa side do I have to slow down?

Grandview, IA (just south of Muscatine) has one. It has been there decades, alongside their Veterans Memorial and now the Louisa County Freedom Rock.

Since it is on the state line both speed limits apply so you can go 115.
