@GiveNGobball: Miles Bridges, a Class of 2016 SF playing for The Family (MI), just picked up an offer from Kentucky.

The part that annoys me is ku and uk dont find these kids first, they let everyone else start recruiting them then swoop in and steal them. Vaughn and diallo come to mind. Shouldn't u$e vaughn a$ an example though

we haven't had much success recruiting kids who have already blown up and are obviously talented.

morris, thomas, and niang all blew up AFTER they had committed to us.

seems like a more realistic/successful strategy than the vaughn/diallo/deyonta davis/jaylen johnson/kyle washington/abu/ etc etc.

sure its fun to think we have a chance but we haven't landed the big fish yet.

An unranked kid from Iowa city, an kid from Wisconsin with offers from IUPUI, Green Bay and Portland, a kid from Muscatine. These are the kinds of kids Iowa brings in, not what a preseason top 10 team goes after.

You think Georges was ranked in the top 100 as a freshman and sophomore? If I remember correctly he didn't make a big jump until the summer before his senior year. Some people need to calm down and trust the coaching staff.

I can think of 6 Iowa City West kids that played or will for UNI only one for Iowa is Glen Worley.... Matt Gates dad I guess too but that was a long time ago. Matt went to City High. Plus UNI just signed 3 Iowa City commits for 2015 (1 west 2 Regina)

Cress twins, Farokmadesh (spelling?), Lohaus, Morgan all Iowa City West. Tyler Eads just signed.

If a top recruit DOESN'T get an offer from Kentucky, Kansas, Duke or Carolina it should be considered a giant red flag that the kid should be avoided.

I'm telling everyone right now; TJ is crazy. The guy is a recruiting machine. MA was kind of an emotional recruiter that wore poofy sleeves in to battle, TJ is just a mechanized recruiting warrior from the future.

If a top recruit DOESN'T get an offer from Kentucky, Kansas, Duke or Carolina it should be considered a giant red flag that the kid should be avoided.

True. None of the schools you mentioned take chances with VERY shady recruits. You'd hate to have a situation where your top 5 recruit has to sit because of eligibility concerns.

Look at Washingon's 2015 recruiting class. Very impressive.

Google the guy skal that is going to kentucky. French last name. You want to talk about a sketchy recruitment. If he plays at kentucky that would probably just show that kentucky does in fact pay players.
