If this is accurate - and Arizona has officially “applied” - then it’s a done deal. B12 already voted to take Arizona if they want to come.
I think adding OrWa is smart by the B1G from a geography standpoint, especially for the sports that aren't football and basketball.

With WAOR joining the BIG that just means most of the former West division and many in the former east cemented themselves as wealthy irrelevant programs. Even at half share Oregon instantly becomes top 5 program in that conference with USC and Washington easily top third.
A lot of mouths to feed, a lot of swinging d!cks in meetings.
The money is still good, but I'm not convinced it will be perfect harmony in perpetuity.

Yeah, I'm waiting to see how this is all the B12's fault:
- SEC poaches Arkansas from the SWC
- Texas and A&M work with the B8 to make the B12, Tech and Baylor come along for the ride (after Baylor shivs TCU at the last minute to take their place).
- Texas, A&M and Nebraska all work together to block the B12 Network, so the team pushing it goes to the B10. Otherwise, those three plus OU can't do anything together.
- PAC poaches CO in effort to poach Texas & a few others.
- B10 poaches Nebraska
- SEC poaches A&M and Mizzou
- PAC tries to poach Texas again. Fails.
- SEC poaches OUT
- PAC declines merger with the Angry 8. USC stabs the PAC in the back (but no one knows just yet).
- B10 forms an alliance with the ACC and PAC. Promptly poaches USCLA (everyone realizes USC stabbed the PAC in the back the year before with #9).
- B12 ruins college football by poaching CO back from the PAC
- B10 finishes the job by poaching OR and WA
- B12 ruins college football by throwing AZ, ASU(?), Utah(?) a lifeline
