Is there?

The MWC is doing them a favor by stating SDSU has already given notice. Now SDSU can point to that if the PAC invites them after 6/30. If SDSU doesn’t get an invite, it’s moot, and they’ll point to their clarification and be back in MWC

But I thought there was a response from SDSU saying that was not a notice to leave. They were just saying they were looking into it.

This guy has really changed his tune lately as far as the PAC losing some teams. The PAC raiding the B12 in the next round of realignment is a nice touch though.

I’d guess that doesn’t matter much if the MWC proceeds withdrawal and exit procedures, as well as state they feel SDSU gave notice. Tough to argue SDSU didn’t give you notice if you’re doing that. At the very least, SDSU has gained an ability to settle

Imo SDSU got what they wanted. Muddying things up for settlement value. The MWC should have only asked if it was notice, and when SDSU clarified, simply confirmed SDSU has yet to give notice.

He's hyper focused on the finnebaum comments about the PAC being done by the year 2026. Taking them super literal. It's really weird. Otherwise it's super optimistic about the PAC 12, he gives 40% chance the PAC survives and poaches big 12 after the next deal.
And this is why we don't feel bad when PAC fans complain about the B12 trying to poach their schools. Zero sympathy when the shoe is on the other foot.

If the PAC sticks together for the next few years Washington and Oregon will be gone and that will end any chance of the PAC surviving as we know it

Way up there

The PAC will survive in some capacity, the overreaction from them thinking all of this is behind them it's going to be hilarious. At best the new deal is a bandaid.

It's hilarious to even guess which teams they'd want to poach.

Pretty much everything except KU basketball has been deemed trash by them. Was it him that was calling us all QAnon?
