My brain is fried from two months of realignment analysis, but what would ESPN and Fox's motivation be to come to the table early after they declined to do so with a full-strength Big 12 just 18 months ago? To get all this over with and know where they stand? To get the B1G to expand (again) sooner rather than later? To get Texas and OU to the SEC sooner?
I felt bad for Kliavkoff two months ago, but his comments since then have made him look like a fool, so I'm curious what he'll say now that yet another supposed advantage of his league has now been blunted.
