Not exactly sure.
Onion questions:

1) How deep do you cut green onions when you need them. I generally cut and when I get to the skin part that doesn't cut well, I will kinda cut and pull the core out in that area. Otherwise it seems like it get an inch or a little more if I just cut the white part. I think I'm wasting a lot so I try to basically find more in the onion.

2) Why does every salad or main entree that my wife asks if I can make or help with, involves me chopping onions for some reason. Green onions are not bad, its when the recipe calls for a cup of chopped onions that is rough. Especially when I have to use this chopper thing that seems to pull all the toxic fumes right out of the onion.

3) I like onions on sandwiches but I prefer the purple onions that places like subway use. If I have to grab something from Caseys or eat at many small town diners, they slap a whole slab of white onion on their burgers, subs or whatever. I taste that stuff for a week. Are there any onions out there that don't make you taste them forever? The purple onions seem to die off after the next meal.

Googled and got an amateur baseball team. They have good sandwiches there?

EDIT: added onion to the end of the google and now I see what you mean. Was a little confused at first.
If you like onions with a strong kick, these are not the right onions. They're a yellow onion with a mild flavor - enough flavor to add zest without taking over. I love 'em.

I may have been a bad neighbor today
I got up early to start washing everything due to allergen exposure yesterday. Part of cleaning out the house is vacuuming all of the floors. I may have started vacuuming at 7:30....
