WTF Wednesday continues.
Z has taken to peeing everywhere this week. I thought for a bit, "Well, maybe I didn't pay enough attention or something" even though we're together chatting all day.

So we've been in constant chatting all morning. She says it's time for the bathroom, we get there, get set up, drop the pants, and I figure we're all good. Then something hit my leg, the floor, and WTF Wednesday is in full swing.

I have a meeting right when the Maui Invitational tickets go on sale....

Looks like I am gonna be 10min late to that.

Kinda salty they don't have all tourney ticket packages though.

There used to be a joke my dad would tell. What's Ed Gein's phone number? OI812.

Actually, he only killed one person. Some clerk or waitress at a cafe IIRC. Shot her with a 22 rifle. When they arrested him, he made sure they knew he hadn't stolen any money. But I guess he robbed a lot of graves and liked to wear women's skin. Supposedly they found a nose in a coffee cup and a heart boiling in a pot.

He was convicted of the murder of a woman who ran a hardware store in Plainfield - the details are way too gruesome to relate here. But he was strongly suspected of murdering a cocktail waitress in a tavern near there whose body was never found.

All sorts of weird stuff in his house - a box full of vaginas, some of the hair had been spray painted, an actual woman's torso that had been tanned, etc. Sorry if I offend anyone, don't mean to.

The worst thing was that at his trial, Ed swore he never killed anything - deer, for example. Which made the neighbors uneasy, because if that was true, what was actually in the packages of "venison" that he had shared with them over the years?

Oh, he jokes about it too - he went to "Letterman U". :D But they basically paid him to get the degree there.
His goal was to work with students and res life in a university/college setting, and he worked as an asst. hall coordinator while at Ball State. They waived his grad tuition, gave him room & board and a small apt in the dorm (he had a small kitchen but ate a lot of meals with the residents). Pretty much all he was responsible for was any books & user fees needed, and those were covered by his stipend.

Speaking of son, his interview went really well. And it was fun talking to him about a whole bunch of stuff that I could remember from my time there. There was only one other candidate that he is up against. That's the snag - the other candidate is in-house. So it's a crap shoot. :(
They told him they would be making the decision this week.

First thought: Why in the hell are Missouri roofers working in Wisconsin? Don't they have enough work in Missouri?

Second thought: @CloneLawman has w-a-a-a-a-a-a-y too much time on his hands. :)

First thought, hail and storm damage scammers from Mizzu cause all legit roofers here in the Twin Cities are Hispanic dudes. Also, in Missouri wouldn't roof repair just consist of stapling the ubiquitous blue tarp over the doublewide?

If you want info, LMK - I have read extensively about ol' Ed.
I just looked him up, and I stand corrected. Looks like he admitted to killing two women. The hardware store lady, and a tavern owner named Mary Hogan.

We are going on just over a year since we started trying to get LittleWx potty trained. He does fairly well but has several accidents a week still. He pretty much refuses to even consider going until he is about to burst, you can ask him if he needs to pee which he will say no to and several minutes later wet himself. It took 20 minutes last night to get him to go to the bathroom before we ran an errand WITH the incentive of getting ice cream.

I remember those days with my younger brothers. They have grown out of it
