I'm feeding this kid straight ice cream. He gained 25oz in 13 days. I told DH I could practically see his cheeks and thighs getting bigger this week.
Two minutes before we were going to leave the house - and freshly dried off from his bath - he had an explosive spit up all over me, the bed, himself.........it was good times. Oh that's right, I need to wash those shorts. I wiped off the spit and didn't change them. They're the only shorts I can wear atm.

Normally it's just dirtying the diaper we literally just closed up but this was a new level. At least I didn't have my shirt on yet so that was saved.

Signed in at DMACC. Can do my orientation training this weekend once that system catches up. The next trick is to bridge the gap between now and the first paycheck on September 30th and find insurance.
We solved our childcare issue for the two class days today. That's always good.
And as the job ads are starting to roll out for next year, they are strategically avoiding 19th Century U.S. History positions through the 1st two days. My time is coming, but it's weird seeing what seems like everything else coming open instead.

I know I am! Had to find a friend to go with me cause I couldn't talk PapaLew into it!
It’s not going to be good (no Eli Roth movie ever is, other than Cabin In the Woods) but I do think it will be fun.
Two unrelated thoughts:
1.) Having a license plate like "Am Bad" is a little edgy when you're 20, it's just sad when you're middle-aged
2.) Wisconsin football season tickets came in the mail today and I am super excited for the season to start! I also really like where my seats are, so that makes it even better #westsidebestside
