Wherever I go, there I am.
Pants, I learned about myself as a leader the past couple days. I'm pretty much motivated by power and influence and I found another young manager who is the same way. We shall conquer. She was braver than I though. I chickened last second and put something else first.

But I was told in a scenario that I have empathy and demonstrate that I care about others.

So I'm basically you but with boobs and a heart. :D
And no tree trunk legs.

Went to local FB game to watch my niece in the band, hadn't seen their performance all year it was very good. The pretty much got all 1's at their various contests they went to this yr. The FB game actually turned out to be darn entertaining they were down 22-0 at half came back to be down 22-14 at the end of the 3rd. Ended up winning 29-22 in OT. I started to leave when it started to sprinkle, but the game got entertaining enough that I never left till they won.

Took little Wx to the football game last night. Overall he enjoyed it I think but since he likes music he enjoyed the band. He also loves clapping so senior night was a good night to take him. Only stayed through half time but somehow we scored four tough downs in the second half.

Overall felt that I had a good week working out and eating good. I am not patient so I am anxious to start seeing results of the time and effort.

Dang that FB game was a lot of fun only a little nerve wracking in the 3rd when TT sort of got rolling. I still get way nervous about FB overall because I'm not used to good things happening. It sure is fun though!

Good luck to Boxster's Yankees tonight so it can be an "official world series" per Frank Miller.

Decided to look at some dates on sauces and stuff in the frig. Bottle of Pickapeppa "Best before end 1999." o_O

Bottle of Heinz 57 was much newer, use by date of 2013. No label left on the A1, so probably also "vintage".

Helped a friend move from Dubuque to Coralville today. Moving young bachelors is nice and easy. He is the head of Target security now at the Coral Ridge store so I asked him about all of these attempted abduction stories you see and hear about. Sounds like he believes most of them and just yesterday he had one in his store down there. With all of these stories you don't hear about many or really any successful attempts although I am sure there are.

If you ever want a good laugh, mute a rapper performing on SNL and read the "lyrics" out loud. "It's a hunting and a dumpling season". "And we watcha watcha watcha and we su su su su..."

I think the best lines were "song ends" and "applause and cheering".

Volunteered at a 5K yesterday. Here's my question. If I'm standing at the park entrance (directing people to the correct parking lot) at 7:00 am in the rain and lightning holding an umbrella, does that show more dedication or stupidity?

Also, the youngest daughter was briefly on TV dancing at the event yesterday. I'd say she made the big time.

I am going with stupid. If you had actually RUN the 5k I'd go with dedicated. :) So, dad = stupid while daughter = dedicated. Yup, going with that.

Okay, dammit, got to give you a "supportive" since your girl was running. I am such a softie the day after an ISU win.
