Ah, it's going to be a great day for dodgeball and tug of war today.

Also, the mods must have loved the Trump news last night since the filter was missing a word

Did not die. First 3/4 mile or so sucked, uphill and caught up in the crowd and a little asthma wheezing but okay after that. I am pretty happy with the race considering my age and that I have only a whooping 60 miles running under my belt the last two months. Beat my time goal and waiting to see how I did against my old man 65-69 age group. Goal was Top 3. Made an extra effort to pass a couple of gray haired older looking dudes the last 1/4 mile just in case they were in my group. :)

PS: I could have gone full CG kickball/volleyball but the RTT Running Club is a small group.

Good job!
It's all better than my attempt to encourage someone around mile 7 of the DSM Marathon last fall. Somehow, the air changed to this rather nasty smell, and it seemed better just to speed up and get out of there. Oops.

Stats got updated. I missed 3rd in my group by 15 seconds. Wish I had run a little harder. Could have (in retrospect) but didn't know that till late in the run. It's been 22 years, no sense of race pace anymore. Or in ISU terms, I was not ALL IN. :)

You done good. You came out of nowhere and knocked this thing out. Isn't that really the goal the first time back out?

Jesus ******* Christ! What is it, -20 degrees out today?! Why the **** would any sane person choose to live in this god foresaken place?! What is wrong with people?!

Good thing you have a corgi and not a Mexican hairless. You should probably grown a beard and stop with the manscaping to. Embrace your inner caveman.

we painted a section so we could see a large chunk of color and get started at least. I think I done good. Lines that were apparent right when I got done seem to have faded. Now to see if we have to do 2 coats. I don't think we actually do, but some spots look a touch thin where I cut in.
