I thought they were bad, but Wartburg is 10x worse in their harassment of my wife.

Next time I will have to update it and say I'm flipping burgers and act like I'm being offerred money. Ask when I can pick it up and how much, be feeling thankful towards them. Maybe that will slow it down.

Or just update to a phone number that I don't really have.

They took me to lunch earlier this summer and unlike past visits they mentioned specific dollar amounts. Figure they are looking at actuary tables and thinking this old dude could die soon and he should leave some more money to ISU.

volleyball went well.

Won all three sets. My serving was ok - didn't serve much because DH served like 8 in a row a couple times and we just got stuck on runs so I think we only fully rotated twice.

Postseason...@ Dowling...Dowling ranked #4, Ottumwa not ranked.

If Ottumwa beats Urbandale on Wednesday, they go to the state tourney.

Those weren't concerns you previously mentioned. You just said you were slow in the morning and thought it was too hot in the evening. I addressed those issues.

CG must not like this VB league, that was one of the most **** poor updates she has given us.

the league isn't terribly organized so knowing me, I don't love that. Like, the standings are nowhere and how the playoff night will go isn't listed anywhere. So like tonight, we won two sets. We didn't know if we had to play a third. Ref is like go ahead. But we have no idea how standings are calculated - so could we have just tried different things and dropped the third set or do they use your sets lost to break ties or something?

I could ask but just getting a response (I asked 3 weeks in advance) on how to reschedule our 4th of July game didn't get a response until 36 hours out. Probably after many other people asked the same thing.

The games have been pretty fun though.
