On the food safety issue, I wouldn't worry much about it, rinse it and eat it. Lots of regulations for spraying and withdrawal times on fresh fruits and vegetables. The only country I really don't trust for food safety is China, they've had their fair share of "mistakes", but I'll give them credit when they punish someone they punish them hard. (Baby formula people I think were executed if I remember right.)
Are you getting it catered by a restaurant in Des Moines (I have no idea how weddings work. I show up and there's food)? If so where?

I like to think of Anaconda as a Sir Mix A Lot cautionary tale. He clearly told us "anacondas don't like none unless you got buns, hon". So what did they do? They sent in Jennifer Lopez, who has plenty of buns. What happened afterwards was just inevitable.
I feel bad for girls at the gym. Like, I'm sure there are some girls that are totally into the attention, but most of them are just there to try to work out and instead have dudes gawking and hitting on them all night. There is one girl here right now that I swear has not been left alone. Like, one dude will go try a little, get shot down then leave and almost immediately gets replaced by another dude doing the same.
Got to the park to unload my bike today for a long ride, noticed the rear tire was pretty worn. Took it in to a bike shop this afternoon, turns out I need new tires and wheels.
