If they're playing at the Bradley Center (where the bucks play) or the US Cellular center, I'd recommend Aloft hotel. Mrs.00 and I stayed there for a weekend trip back when little00 was still in a stroller. Walking distance to a lot of stuff in that area...Usinger's sausage (well, that's for me, I suppose), a couple of breweries, the bronze fonz, etc. Was a nice hotel, although they don't have on site parking, they have off site.

playing at Marquette's volleyball arena, it looks like.

Well, then I got nothing for you.

:pwink:

doesn't look like any hotels are super close anyway so we'll be driving to and from games. So we'll probably look at hotels with fun stuff nearby as I would be interested in staying at least til Saturday evening.

JC, I get to be like you next week I was just told. Wife is teaching bible school so I get to take her spot coaching the daughters softball team. Shows how good she thinks her assistant is I guess.

I imagine coaching softball is mostly about coordinating the chants used by players in the dugout?
I really enjoy coaching the girls' softball team (and not just because the head coach is almost as attractive as me). The girls just want to enjoy themselves and their aren't many breakdowns when they do something wrong. With the older girl, I did get annoyed by the chants but I now find them comforting. They do one now that ends with "If I can't do it, ____ can". They started to insert JCyclonee into the chant quoted above and, when I wouldn't participate, they all did the chant in a super-deep voice.

Before your time but the gold standard for eulogy reactions was set by Mary Tyler Moore in the 1975 episode for the Chuckles the Clown funeral. Oh, hell, only KC will know this one (maybe).

I saw this (as a re-run). Definitely a classic episode of TV.

"A little song, a little dance, a little seltzer down your pants."

CG - How was the vaca?

GR8 - I assume the pilot found the correct continent?

Are we assuming GTO is deceased now or just chained up in the basement? Maybe this is a little like Basic Instinct where he's tying to live this out to make the horror novel more believable. I now picture GTO looking like Sharon Stone (I'd still prefer that he keep his legs crossed, just in case).

Potawatomi Hotel and Casino is right there, less than 2 years old. There's the art museum on the lake shore. Sprecher Brewery. Miller Park, but you don't like baseball.

I noticed that the places we stayed in the London area were tiny and minimal storage as well. We were only in one place for a couple nights at a time though so we didn't unpack.
This is all I have

fantastic and I want to be back on the beach!

CG, I noticed in your picture DH is holding the baby while you hold the kid almost the same size as you?

Dh had been holding the baby and then oldest niece came running over and wanted me to hold her. She's getting so tall! She's only four and I was joking by kindergarten she'll be my height!
