But yea. We take VSP. We actually take all major insurances. I was surprised when I started. I think we are one of the only places in town that accepts Medicaid. Which is awesome, I love helping people who really need correction and are so appreciative of it. It's the best part of my job.
I am just struggling because my normal place didn't have much selection, I went to another place that VSP said was good, but they didn't actually take it...then the other option was friggin' Pearle Vision at the mall.
Last time I got glasses, I ended up getting them out of network at Costco for less than the in network place with the discount, then used my VSP discount for prescription sunglasses. That's prolly what I'll do this time, but it makes no sense to me. I'm buying a pair of prescription sunglasses I don't really need just to use up the premium I'm paying in.
It all depends on the health of your cornea. If you want to try contacts come and see us. Daily contacts would be my recommendation (that's what I wear and I have terrible dry eyes). Dailies have less water content, which means there is less water to dry out. Keeps your lens moister later in the day.
Your eyes aren't getting worse. Your arms are just getting shorter.
You can get a great pair of SV glasses using your VSP with an upgraded material and an anti glare coat for $100-$150, depending on the frame.
See, that's the stuff I'm talking about. Down here, it's still like two fiddy, three hundie, unless you just go to walmart, costco, or pearle.
I tried a couple different things, at this point, my age, if I was going to do anything, I'd just do laser and wait it out for reading glasses.
You're an easy fit. No astigmatism usually means a nice, flat, thick cornea. (You can use that line on Mrs00 tonight if you want).
I mean, I tried...I had **** sticking to **** and making me uncomfortable after like a couple hours. You wanna say you're the rainmaker?
