that's just crazy!
That race was May 3rd of last year and I didn't run another race until March 26th of this year. Had to take time off with the foot (and eventually knee) but I missed it. Trying to figure out which half marathon or full marathon I want to tackle next.

Time to channel my inner uber productive self and knock out the rest of this research paper. "Anaerobic biodegradation and hydrogeochemical controls on natural attenuation of trichloroethene in an inland forested wetland: A case study"

I might do a summer half, but I'm think the Restoration Run in Hampton for the next official half marathon.

You have to embrace the bad runs to truly enjoy the good ones.
Embrace the suck!

When you have one of those days that you feel light, quick, and smooth >>>. Don't have those days very often but when you blaze through a run and feel like you could go miles further at that pace, it's a great feeling.

Have the winners of RTT VII been revealed yet? I bet I didn't even make the Top 25.
You came in at #19. Here is the top 20, with another victory for Pants (even with his limited posting during tax season):

Definitely. Those days don't happen often (neither do the really bad ones) but the high you get from it make all of it worth it.

Just got informed there is a parent meeting this afternoon by my kid. Known for awhile, forgot to tell me. Wife is gone, so it's just me I guess. Get to meet with a coach I don't care for.

I'm a little surprised I was that high up. Been making an effort to shut off earlier at night so I will actually cross stitch or read.
