We stayed in a couple of campers in the Expo 5 flea market parking lot. Directly behind our spot was another RV that an elderly couple (had to be at least 70 years old each) was staying in. I kept thinking, "Great, I hope we don't **** these old geezers off by being too rowdy for them." Boy was I wrong.

Art and his wife Deb were totally down to party. The first night we were playing cornhole, he came over and introduced himself by bringing a bottle of whiskey and passing it around to everyone to take swigs out of. Art and his wife were not shy about drinking their fair share. Deb apparently had a little bit too much and ended up puking over by their RV, but put on her rally cap and came back over.

The Expo 5 lots were located in a rough neighborhood, and there were about 3-4 strip clubs nearby. They were not like the Lumberyard in DSM by any means. The one directly across the road was probably the worst, as they played hardcore porn on the TV's to get you ready for what your eyes were about to see.

Later that first night, we went out to a couple of these clubs. Art joined us. I ended up too drunk and started a college fund for the kids of a stripper I was keen to. We finally made it out of there by 3-4 AM and I finished the night by playing cornhole with the bachelor until about 5 AM.

You're a brave man for entering the strip clubs in that neighborhood. I think it's really interesting how Churchill Downs is built right into a neighborhood. Especially that it is one that is that blue collar.
 
annoyed/angry CG is likely to be around much the next few months. No, not what you are thinking but I almost wish it were pregnancy.

going to be working a lot with vendor who didn't hardly do **** for our portion of the project last year. This is going to suck. It's so frustrating working with them. But it has to happen or things will never move along for me.

It was not. That happened at the Derby, as a bachelorette party walked by, and noticed our sweet shirts. Apparently one of those ladies was looking for guys in bachelor parties to give smooches to. She made out with my buddy then walked back over and made out with me.

So, in a roundabout kind of way, you could say it was kind of like I kissed my buddy. The whole madness of the infield didn't let me think twice about that before it happened.

I was not expecting that. All of the high-rollers and celebrities have their own entrance/exit that is surrounded by a lot of security where they get into their limo's and buses and GTFI and GTFO. On our walk to the Derby, there were at least 4-5 motorcades being escorted by law enforcement. It was like the President himself was coming through.

The new girl in our office finally decided to personalize her cubicle after a couple weeks. She hung a decorative mirror in it.

Please tell me I'm not the only one that thinks that is really weird.
