I'll just state the obvious - if y'all weren't breaking the law, you wouldn't have to worry about the tickets. 
Maybe it is just a "Welcome to Minnesota" ticket. We're quite nice up here.
Email them a couple pictures and ask if that's what they were wanting. I'm sure it will clean everything up.
If I learned anything from Listening to Garrison Keillor is that Minnesota is all about being passive agressive.
It would be a pretty passive aggressive way to say welcome. Makes sense.

Today sucked. Chipper was getting clogged every five minutes. If I had it running slow it would get clogged, but if I ran it at usual speed it would get too hot. Even at normal speed it would get clogged. So I spent half the day with my hand in the chute. When that didn't work, I had to insert a large stick to try to open it up. When that didn't work, I had to reach up the other end to get it.
Working in the south metroComcast has been down. Not sure why or how big an area but no Internet or tv. Projected fix is sometimetomorrow. Wtf.
