However something good has been going on recently that has me all sorts of excited. Not gonna say in fear of jinxing it.

got the video done, nailed it. We were going through once with the camera on to test the timing and they ended up saying that was great, and will use that. One take, *******. Said I was a natural, haha. So yay, I'm glad it's done and went well.

I had one spot I felt like I flubbed but internally I thought whatevs, we're doing this again. Oops.

How long was the video? Whenever I make a video it ends up being more of a trailer and less than a full length film.

I hit one "over the wall" HR in slow pitch softball. I was rewarded that night. You deserve it.

My "wow I'm old" moment of the week was Mr. October himself, Reggie Jackson, turned 70 yesterday. I remember watching him play. 70!

He was my first favorite baseball player and was my second favorite former athlete actor in Naked Gun until OJ killed somebody and then Reggie became my favorite former athlete actor in Naked Gun.

playing trivia tonight, winner gets $100, and we are tied with one round to go. We got 7 in the last round and they got 8 so they won. However... We had the tiebreaker so if we would have tied we would have walked away with the $100.-But here is my gripe...


Question was: you have over 20k, 40k, or 60k miles of blood vessles in your body.

I said to write down the lowest amount because anything over 20k is over 20k. 40k and 60k are both over 20k so technically it's correct.

They marked it wrong (answer was 60k) and I argued 60k is over 20k so how could we be wrong? They basically said they just read the answers from the book.

I got ****** off and left.

Who is right or wrong? "Having fun" isn't the point.

He wasn't my favorite player at that time but I do remember his at bats were such an event during that series. When bob Welch struck him out as a rookie during that series was really something to see.
