CG, I'm echoing Velo on this one. Costco ftw.

Plus, you're going to be needing a pallet of diapers pretty soon anyway.

I never had any plans to ever get a membership but when we bought our house some good friends of ours bought us a membership as a housewarming/Christmas gift. We used it so much we not only renewed but upgraded the membership because we were spending enough to get the upgraded membership for free and then some.

EDIT: Seriously, you can save the cost of membership on either diapers or formula. We actually did figure out we saved ours on formula alone after Mrs. Velo stopped breast feeding one year.

Also, fun fact, jsb was also an original RTT poster. She posted pretty early in on it about having a crush on a guy that has football tickets next to her parents and being too afraid to act on that crush. Yes, I read through the first 1500 or so posts of that thread.....

I feel like that guy should be warned.

I'm pretty sure he will be able to figure it out.

CG, why didn't you tell the rest of us you were expecting!

Also, I feel bad for the girl in that meme. I'm sure she's a really nice person, but now she'll be known as the overly attached gf forever

She's been trying to keep it quiet. She's not sure how to break it to WDSM.

Given the number of views she has on youtube, I imagine she's made quite a bit of money from it. Just from a quick search on google, it looks like you can make about $1 per 25 views (which I'm not sure about the accuracy on this). She's got about 80 million views on her top 10 videos, which works out to about $3.184 million just for those ten videos. So what I'm saying is, I don't feel bad for her at all.

good luck, cstrunk. DH seemed to write papers best when he had put it off until about 9 hours before the deadline. I liked to have a few days.

Yeah, I seem to work better under pressure. I just knocked out another two pages, up to 8 now. I also have a pretty good plan for the rest of the paper so I'm hoping I can get the majority of it written tonight, and use a few hours tomorrow to tidy it up. I've got to help finish up my group project tomorrow, then hopefully I can get started on my last project due Friday morning.

For jsb's sake, I hope she is on the correct side of the crazy/hot scale. At least, that's how I picture her when I read some of the stupid stuff she says. If not, I'm sure someday she'll find someone just as crazy as her, they aren't hard to find anymore... :spinny:

How do you make that kind of money from YouTube views? I'd guess ads, but that seems like an awful lot of money for that kind of thing. That can't be right. If it's not, I might need to reconsider my career path.

Oh it was me calling CyBer out. Yeah, I was just having fun with that. I don't even really care. I wasn't around to see what CyBer did so wrong in the first place. I pretty much agree with Carvers there. Not on the jsb thing. But on the CyBer thing.
That makes a little more sense. I was really confused as to what was going on.

I think the Pewdiepie guy that has the most YouTube subscriptions makes something like 70 million a year.

I don't think the girl above makes over three. I seem to remember reading something on Chive about the top 10 paid YouTubers and I don't remember her being on there, and I think the list ended at just under 2 million.

Still though, even if you make 6 figures for making daily 5 minute YouTube clips, that ain't a bad gig.

Is my life a romcom now? A random girl from my high school that I haven't talked too in 8 years messaged me on Facebook wanting to get dinner and drinks since she's in Dallas now. We stopped talking because she got popular and became a cheerleader yada yada yada. So now I'm heading onto a date with her.

This happens once girls realize how popular they were in high school doesn't really matter and that dating absolute d-bags is tiring.
