We never sound like we think we sound. I have numerous recordings of me doing solos in church & singing with the choir, and in my head, I don't sound like that at all. Something to do with the "way" that we hear sound we produce vs sound produced by others, through our bones & stuff... Hey, it's 8.30a on a game day. I'm not quite awake yet...

yeah hearing it in our head makes us sound deeper-voiced than we are. When DH imitates me, he uses this high-pitched girly voice and I'm like I do NOT sound like that. Then I hear a recording of myself. Apparently I do sound like that.

I didn't know what to call it! Friends drove in from out of state and we are driving back home to see them for pizza tonight. Better? The dad of the family is an Iowa fan.

Right now its just full of Hok trolls, people calling out CW and CPR, and personal attacks everywhere. I wish I could opt out of it. I cant even imagine what the in state rival thread looks like right now.

Maybe it's the timing. I dislike all the negativity that surrounds a loss. It's not the end of the world, we don't need to fire everybody...

Let's focus on next week & beating the purple kitties.
