I only weigh myself in the morning. Lost a couple inches off my waist but the weight is only a little smaller. Don't look at the scale everyday, it's a bad idea
I hadn't looked in a while, definitely don't do it every day. Though I did check this morning and it was down a lot. I forgot that I weighed myself after dinner which is dumb. I try to get the same time of day when I do so that it's more consistent.
