When my boss tells me I need to take sexual harassment training, I just explain to him that because sexual harassment is unwanted sexual advances, it's literally impossible for me to harass anyone...because they all want my advances.
You might not be out of the woods...a guy where I worked had this fat, middle aged woman keep coming onto him in graphic, very NSFW ways. He didn't want to get her in trouble, but wanted to shut her up, so he (unfortunately) said "Tell you what, you get (her hot, young co-worker) to join in, it's a deal. She ran to HR, he got canned. Admittedly, that was partly because he wouldn't say anything when being interviewed, but you're never out of the woods.
But see, that's just it. Even if you say "Mary, you look nice today", they're calling it sexual harassment. Even if there isn't the remotest chance that it was a sexual advance.
And for the record, I do NOT stare at mens' butts. Eyes & broad shoulders, on the other hand...
I had to take one that was created in India.
Apparently I shouldn't be buying off the shoulder sarongs for any of the women I work with and then ask them to try it on so I can see how it looks on them. Who would have thought that was wrong ?

True story that happened when I was at one of our plants at a previous job. An attractive woman started to work there as a Customer Rep. On her first day, while getting settled into her desk, the guy next to her said over the cubicle wall, "Hey Donna, you know the difference between a peanut butter sandwich and a b*** job. She said no, to which he replied, "Wanna go out to my car at lunch for a peanut butter sandwich?"
Question. Ever since I tried this out yesterday, when I open forums, it opens to the forumn index. Before then and forever, I always opened to the list of latest threads (not posts). Did somethiing change or did I screw something up?

I love it when people bring their babies to the office to introduce them. You start hearing female voices all in one place and you know there's a baby.
