someone - who does not outrank me - just sent me an email wanting a meeting saying to schedule something as their calendar is up to date.
Do I look like your damn admin? You want my time, schedule a meeting yourself.
Options:
1. Use DH's idea of responding with "feel free to schedule something, my calendar is also up to date"
2. Find a day with one slot open over lunch or other less ideal time and make them regret everything
Option 3: Remind them that they are a peon and not to email you directly going forward.
Considering taking a walk around the block of apartment buildings without an umbrella or rain jacket...just because.
JUST found out I won some super cool, geeky artwork from the interwebs.
While talking to husband about my work week, I mention that I have a rare Thursday off. "Wait...you have Thursday off?" "Yeeeaaahhh." "Wanna come to media day?" [drat] "Sure, I'll go." "You're better at the camera than me anyway."
Yeah, I know a WHOLE lot of people would be fan-boying ovee this, but this is at least my fourth media day. Husband also mentioned The Other Team's media day is the 9th. Ehhh...meh....but...
You've heard or seen the saying "Come to the Dark Side, We Have Cookies"?

Media Day always meant that we were getting at least some of our new clothes for the year so that was always nice.
I will never respect ToE if anything because of their whole only one time through the line thing for the pregame press box meal.
