I couldn't connect to a Webex with Broadcom this morning for some reason. Not from Chrome, Edge or IE.

I guess Broadcom wants me to present at their Share conference in February in Fort Worth.

Hmmm, did a quick check and it doesn't seem that the conference BB schedule is out yet. If either the men or women are at TCU I would suggest going, nice gym and friendly people, at least that was my experience. Baylor is only another short hour south I know we give them crap about rape, but their fans are nice from my trip down there.

Hey CG in the wasp thread that got revived there is LilMan's halloween costume for this yr. the toddler dressed up as a prisoner was funny/cute. Get him a pack of candy cigarettes to roll up in the sleeve and add those big bushy eyebrows to him it would be pretty funny.

Not exactly sure.
Son is moved in. I was excited when they talked about a moving crew, found out that they must take lunch off. Pull up and see a herd of 20 sitting at picnic tables. Got kid checked in and unloaded, took two trips and we got everything inside and whole crew still hadn’t helped anyone. I was fine but looked like a few others were struggling.

Did notice that maybe there was an issue with our group. Walking by Linden I see a pastor (has the collar on at least) and one kid walked over to help his child and family. Look two cars down and see a young woman who if she was wearing any less I would have had to cover my wife’s eyes and she has this swarm of orange shirts carrying her stuff (she didn’t have to carry a single thing in). I realized that next time I will just expect to carry the kids stuff or wear my thong.

Are moving crews a relatively new thing I just remember doing most that myself or with the help of friends or roommates. Maybe that is because I wasn't a pretty girl dressed for summer.

Didn’t happen during my time. Think it has started to evolve over the last 20 years.

When I moved into my dorm, the dorm floor sponsors (RA's) helped people unload & haul our stuff on wheeled carts up the ramp (four story dorm, no elevator; it was the steps or the ramp). My son was an RA for four years at UNI - they got to campus early and helped with move in for both fall & spring semesters. That was in the late 90s.

Most impressed that they had wheels back then.
