1. Hydrate like crazy.
2. Never jump in and just run every day. I haven't found a running program that recommends that. It's begging for an injury.
3. Understand that the heat right now is going to produce negative effects. Hydrate like crazy, and be really cautious how you push yourself.
4. Drink some chocolate milk after working out. Stuff is amazing for avoid muscular soreness.
5. Stretch some before and a lot after.
6. Hydrate like crazy.
7. In case it slips your mind, hydrate yourself.
This seems like an excessive amount of extra work just to work out. None of this is required under the patented 00clone LIIT program. Except the hydrate, if by that you mean drink beer. Although, even that is technically optional, but let's be real here...it's not optional....it's just going to happen anyway.
I totally mean water.
A lot of people I've met forget that you have to be hydrated ahead of time, and that it's not just something that you do after running or working out.
If you're a profuse sweater, like me, you hydrate a little extra ahead of time, because you'll need it.
A walk to the mailbox in this heat is worth at least one bottle of water.
:spinny:Sadly I still have those too at age 54, but I get leg and foot cramps even when I haven't been exercising fairly frequently.
Another reason LIIT is superior...in my program, a walk to the mailbox is worth 2 beers.
Possible low potassium? Bananas are your friends.

Boxster, that's pretty much how I woke up (ignore the bed head).
over/under on passing out or getting into a tiff with DH this afternoon when we set up sprinklers. Maybe we can at least use the hose on each other a time or too and that will keep temps down....
need to remind myself that DH put time and effort into this and it is saving money even though by the end of the evening I may find that extra money well spent to have it done by someone else......
I've really go to get into this program. My wake up at 5:15 to work out and fall half asleep at my desk after lunch thing seems like it is putting too much stress on my body. I feel that the nutrient level in my body is sorely deficient in necessary hops and other fermented grains. As the world's foremost certified expert on LIIT would you find this self-diagnosis to be accurate?Another reason LIIT is superior...in my program, a walk to the mailbox is worth 2 beers.
Just don't wear white.
