Still have to freaking work.

The parade is Saturday though, and it's on Kalakaua, which is a block down from where I live. Every single lei is handmade and they can't be are any sooner than like, three days before or the flowers start dying, so it's this huge undertaking where people fly in from all over the islands to help work on them. Really cool.
 
Thinking of the like conversation yesterday, I feel like the 'like' lurker the last few days. Nothing really to discuss. Unless you want more Z stuff.

For fun I checked out the one day admission prices. The hard core people have sold out the three day pass. For Friday it is $35 plus about $6.97 in fees. Then up to $45 + 7.57 on Saturday. Then on Sunday $40+$7.27.

I guess the most important/busy day is Saturday.

Local News is a pretty easy choice now. KCCI has some nice eye candy but the Garmin factor negates that. Not such what happened at WOI but everything from the old version is gone except for Brad Edwards. So WHO is where I go.
 
I just watch KCCI in the morning and noon, and no local news at night. Then I get the likes of Eric Hanson, Metinka, and Mollie, without the aggravation of Garman. I am not about to support WHO, the channel of Jim Zabel and that Sears Clown, and the broadcaster for the Hawks. I will say I appreciated the quick WOI weather report right after the basketball game the other night, just the weather gave me what I needed without enduring their news or looking it up on my phone.

At first I thought it was the green screen that made her hair look green, then I noticed that it often looks green when she isn't even in front of the green screen.

Should I feel slightly stereotyped when the lady at Panda Express offers all of the Asian people in front of me chopsticks, but when I come up, she tells me the forks are over by the napkins?
