My 8 year old talked with an English accent for a whole weekend once. He had been watching a lot of Minecraft videos on youtube.
Granted I've never played minecraft, but I didn't know they spoke in Brittish accents in that game. Or that anyone spoke at all.
Old guy neighbor passed out in yard again. Not drunk this time, he just doesn't eat or drink much of anything. Got the young neighbor to help me with him, and he was begging us not to call an ambulance because it costs so much. He also won't run his AC because it costs too much. Got him to drink an old peeps shake that I bought for him that he says costs too much. He seems to have perked up a bit. At least he is yelling at the TV. And the nurse is coming who helps him with his catheter.
Sounds dehydrated. Tell him water is cheap and can do the trick. Ambulances with no insurance are a thousand k.
He has Medicare part B but says the deductible for the ambulance isn't worth it.
Catheter nurse has him drinking water and trying to get him to eat. He has an ulcer and they told him a bunch of stuff he shouldn't eat. He has diabetes so they told him to quit drinking his chocolate milk, which he was kind of living off of.

Even with insurance, it is probably $100 deductible. Many elderly people get in trouble when they become dehydrated.
