As far as boys or girls: you get what you get and you don't throw a fit.

Yep. We are going to have at least one more kid. If its a girl, she's 100% ok with stopping. If it's a boy, she's about 50/50 on trying again.

She's going to end up with 4 boys in one house. We'll have to just have little girl dogs that she can dress up in pink.

Y'all can come join us when the family is visiting. She'll overload on pink. :)

Birthdays--the youngest is 2 days before mine in March. We came home from the hospital on my birthday. This week one turns 4 tomorrow and one turns 12 on Friday (it is the 4 yr old party on Sat, 12yr old is playing softball all day). When we were due with #3, her due date was 5/8. We planned 1st Communion for the oldest on 5/15 thinking chances were high we would have a 1 week old at that time. #3 decided to throw us for a loop and go 5 days overdue (other 2 were on due date and 2 days after, both on their own accord). We had to induce #3 because my amniotic fluid levels were too low. She was born on Friday the 13th. And came home on the oldest ' s birthday. She had to do 1st Communion without me there and when hubby brought me home from the hospital we had a full-fledged party going on. All parents, all the local aunts/uncles/cousins celebrating 1st Communion and her 8th birthday which were that day. Let me tell you, it took CG-like planning to pull that off without me there.

As for the whole girl baby thing, I used to totally put that in my husband. But then I once read that it may also be partly due to the hosting environment. Certain acidity levels (or something like that) could potentially kill off boy swimmers. If you want to try for a girl (or boy for others) Google The Shettles Method.

I've heard about the acidity. Apparently changes in diet for both the man and woman can possibly help get what you want. Not sure how good we are going to be at following that diet though. I like food too much.

Birdy and I are both March babies. Add yet another thing to list of comparability.

Also, I do have conversations with my dog and he does help me pick up chicks. I can't take him for a walk without chicks stopping and talking about how adorable he is. I've even had people stop their cars right in the middle of the street to tell me.

So that comment wasn't necessarily too far off.

God damn. This lady just told me to roll down my window at the gas station and then went on a speech on how she was short $20 for electric bill for the month and how Jesus loves me and anything would help.

She didn't look like a druggy and had two young kids with her so I gave her two dollars and she gave me a flower pen?

WTF?!?

What makes someone think it's ok to do that?

Is she related to the Hawk graduate?

Try living in Hawaii. I mean, it was pretty bad in Indianapolis too, but Hawaii it's a whole other level.
