A really tough neighborhood in Los Angeles if I remember right. Try Compton California on Google.
According to those stats it's almost becoming gentrified. Trending downward since 2000.
It's okay, CG...I didn't know either. I had to look it up. My son would have known it though...he was really into rap & hip hop back in jr high/high school.
If the right lane is closing and you need to merge left into my lane, don't get ****** at me when I don't let you in if you're not even going to turn on your blinker to move over.
I don't let ANYONE in. If the line to turn is stop light to stop light, that should be more than ample indication that you need to get over.
That would be a cool trip. I've also heard good things about Vietnam being an interesting visit.

Korea would be great if the first plan was Detroit for the summer but not so great compared to Belgium as the first plan.

I cannot shoot them out of the window anymore, too many new neighbors with kids that I don't know that well. I trap them in a Havaheart and take them into the garage for the Green Mile.
My cousin & his wife went to Nam about five years ago and kayaked some of the rivers. The scenery is gorgeous there, now that it isn't torn to shreds by agent orange, napalm & carpet bombing.
Maple Grove is the new Edina. :smile: Well, actually just another Eden Prairie or Eagan. Safety factor is ISU campus level less the drunk college kids.
Are you talking running around or running or both? Either way a young pup like you and your hubby should be hangin' at Uptown and running around the city lakes and such, not hanging out in boring suburbia with the soccer moms and dads.

A friend of mine grew up in Compton. Said he hated it because his family was the only Mexican-American family in the neighborhood and there was a lot of crime in the neighborhood (this is about 30 years ago). He is now much happier in Texas.
Ice-T is just as bad. Seeing him carrying that tiny dog everywhere on his reality show makes me think both him and Ice Cube were never truly gangsta. Just a couple of posers.
