Birdy I am in Ames and can take treats off your hands...

You needed to be here last week when I had birthday cupcakes, brownie bites, and cheesecake. Now all I have is resolve to eat less sweets (this week anyway) :)

So, with KC on an ocean cruisin' sabbatical who will be the interim over-40 feminine conscious for random threads?

Was anyone assigned?

Okay, I think this is a trick. Or, as Admiral Ackbar would say "It's a trap!" I could put snow blowers and shovels away but than what, April Blizzard!

Just standard stuff, I've used TurboTax for years, not that hard, just putting in an inside joke.

Although, I will admit that taxes used to be a lot easier when I didn't make any money and wasn't all responsible with a house, kids, retirement, investments and whatnot.

I'll do your taxes. For a fee...

Heck, I'll do them for free but take no responsibility for fees, fines, penalties, or prison time that the tax return results may call for. (but you can get a heck of a rebate for that one year.)

I haven't found the 'misplaced' 'hidden' "Mommy, I hate this" aspirator that actually works. So I was looking at Target to see what they have. My choices are: one you use your own mouth to create the suction....... two the bulb that I am hoping works like the old one, or three an electric one.

Hence my joke about a CPA!

Really, as long as major life events haven't changed, year to year it typically should be pretty easy, assuming you have had health insurance all year and don't have to deal with the ACA forms (though this year you don't have to prove or disprove you have health insurance anyway). Or you didn't move to Hawaii halfway through the year and have to pay an *** load of state taxes for it.

Yes please. I'm taking a chance and putting my shovel and snowblower away for the year.

Oh, to hell with it. I'm doing it. Rolling the Boxster out and rolling the snow blowers to the front.

Old 924S is disabled. Went to drive it last month when roads were nice and clear and got in and clutch just dropped to the floor and didn't return. ****. Lost hydraulic fluid. Have a bad clutch cylinder, slave or leak in the line somewhere. Hope I can put fluid in, pump it some and limp it over to the dealer.

dang it cyrev, you posting that reminded me of when I was really little and my daycare provider would need to use that (if we're thinking of the same thing). Now my eyes are really watering.
