I love the stuff the NPS puts out! I started following them on FB when they were AltNPS during the previous administration, and their ranks & land were being gutted. They have some clever folks in their publicity/marketing/communications department.

I'm not sure if anyone besides KC is watching Fear the Walking Dead but man that show is so far off the rails. Fortunately it's the last season so I guess I only have to suffer through 7 more episodes to finish this mess.

Another "casualty" of the athletics parking lot "redo" is parking for July 4 fireworks. Ames Chamber has a map of available and no-parking lots and it's interesting. I tried to find a URL, but they're using a screwy system where you'd need to click on the month, then the event, then it opens in a new window kind of crap. I'll try to upload here. BTW, fireworks are set for Monday, July 3, at 9 p.m. Cheaper when not ON July 4.
