Mine has recently started buzzing me that it's time to start winding down and get ready for bed. It's like I have a digital nanny strapped to my wristMy fitbit has gotten me up off my ass. It buzzes me if I'm sedentary for too long, so I get up and go to the kitchen and get a snack.

Damn Garmin beeps and displays "Move!" all of the time. Two days ago after I biked 21 miles. Last night after I did three mile walkabout (woof, it was hot out).
My Garmin running watch used to do that to me. Go run 10 miles on Sunday morning and I'd be sitting on the couch later in the morning and it would be beeping at me to get up and move / be active. I guess 10 miles wasn't enough (although it did help me from getting tight after running).

Sloth says "take a nap". Or, could start washing machine repair. Think chewing gum removal on Boxster might be best for tomorrow when temps are the 60's and not the 90's like right now. Strings and globs of gum all over the rear wheel and rear quarter panel.. Juicy Fruit per the smell. What mess it is. Could have been worse, it's not on the convertible top.

guys I know I'm absent but after @cyrocksmypants body shamed babies in the cave I must tell that I had our 2 mo appt a couple days later and my new baby is 90% in all the things, lol. 1.5lbs heavier and inch longer than big brother at identical to the day age. Big bro best get his big bro noogies in stat cause lil bro going to outgrow him fast. Lil bro has an insane rate of gain. 9oz in 5 days early on when they wanted a weight check and said not to let him sleep too long I'm like lol he fine.
