Made me check. I've given at a few different places so I can only see what I have done at Blood serve. Finally a time that technology makes life easier
I'm doing one at 11:45 today! First time in quite a while.
The pieces are starting to fall into place for getting across the north border. Got my PCR test results back from yesterday and I'm good to go. Now I need to fill out my ARRIVEcan form and send it to the appropriate border crossing, and make sure its the same as my group. As long as I pass a random test at the border, I should be fishing by Sunday afternoon. And best of all, my company is paying.
Looked at another house last night. Alleviated our concerns that we had from the pictures and liked it more than we thought but have a few catches. Kitchen isn't as big as we would like and bigger than that there are several windows with broken seals as the inspection report noted moisture between the panes. The roof and attic insulation were also replaced last year after the derecho but the property disclosure didn't claim any storm damage or insurance claims...not sure how to feel about that.
Since I started donating on a regular basis I've always done it through the Red Cross so it's easy to keep track. I can use the app on my phone to do it all but I find making appointments online using their website is easier.
Life serve is my main one now. I think I called them blood serve before. I usually go online also. The local one was when we were on vacay so I need to do a make up.
Sometimes you look at people you have blocked and start to question why have them blocked. Then you read a couple responses or respond and remember why you have them on ignore.
I don't have anyone blocked but I don't spend much time in the cave. I have trouble spending more than 2-3 minutes in that toxic environment.
I'm not in the cave. I don't care for that amount of toxicity, but there are a few who act like that outside of the cave that I have popped. Outside of the hawkeye trolls in from the ISR, I have probably 3-4 blocked.

Class added a person today. Figured that was an upward trend and maybe this thing will go on, so I was glad that I did a lot of the syllabus yesterday. I touched up some parts on a pad of paper thinking to type them in pretty soon.
Then that person dropped. Class is still at 6, and it's harder to imagine it going on. It's just a really strange feeling to have no feel for how this is going to go, or if it happens at all. It seems like all this should be set by now.

If you eliminate the name calling and personal attacks it would be ok but would kill 90% of the posts also.

If they didn't disclose something as obvious as the new roof I won't trust them or the real state agent. There is always another house unless it is like 100% perfect for you and this one doesn't sound like it.

It is FSBO and I kind of agree with you. If it is still there in a few weeks or a month we may try and negotiate with them.
Looks like @cyrocksmypants is on a date! Based on the picture I saw her elbows don't look too pointy.
