Looked at another house last night. Alleviated our concerns that we had from the pictures and liked it more than we thought but have a few catches. Kitchen isn't as big as we would like and bigger than that there are several windows with broken seals as the inspection report noted moisture between the panes. The roof and attic insulation were also replaced last year after the derecho but the property disclosure didn't claim any storm damage or insurance claims...not sure how to feel about that.

I'm with @BoxsterCy. You are looking too far south. We have plenty of defense industry and hospital jobs up here.

There's quite a bit of actual discussion for those willing to bring discussion of worth (and valid sources to back it up) to the table.

Back in the day you could have turned that into 2 shots at Cy's Roost. (1/letter) but they didn't look that close at the letters.

BP was 120 over 70 when they checked before my blood donation.

I was usually 125/81 area with their checks. Last time I was 104/67. They thought it was great, but I think it was messed up. Up until the last couple years, I was 115/72 like clockwork, time in and time out. It has slowly crept up a little to the 120s/low 80s, which is a little common so I wasn't alarmed. Besides, machine tests generally read a few numbers higher than manual and the my 115/72 were manual ones so it correlated nicely. I need to give again, maybe Monday I will run over and give.

I've been tasked to pick some things up at the store today. Not a problem. But, I'm hopping online to create a list through the store's app, and not one store has everything I need. And it's not weird things, either.

Not to mention I have a feeling I'm going to be fighting last minute back to school shoppers.

My fitbit has gotten me up off my ass. It buzzes me if I'm sedentary for too long, so I get up and go to the kitchen and get a snack.
