Most of the time I cook with leftovers in mind.We cook 2-3 nights per week. The rest of the time we "graze" on leftovers. We haven't really mastered downsizing from cooking for a houseful of teenaged boys.

Funny story...after my divorce, I found out that my teenage sons weren't sure what day my birthday fell on. My ex's was the 19th, mine was the 21st, so we always celebrated "our" birthday on the 20th. They weren't sure which one was actually mine.
