Now that the season is over, do we think there's any chance anyone other than Rocco is QB1 next year? I am still a huge believer in Rocco, but this 2nd half of the season definitely raises questions.

I'm just hoping most of the issues were injury related in some way.
Rocco’s been dealing with a shoulder injury most of the conference season. Pretty sure he’s wearing a brace.
Only reason Rocco isn’t the starter is if he reads this post and decides to transfer because we don’t deserve him to stay.
think you need a spell in the blue, medical tent on the sidelines after this post.
Also a below average WR group. There were a lot of throws they should have caught throughout the season.

To be clear, I believe it SHOULD and WILL be Rocco. And probably no way Campbell would ever move someone ahead of him. But the 2nd half of the season was as bad from an ISU QB as we've seen in some time. Add on the wild card of the transfer portal. I was curious where the fan base stood, but it sounds like most people have their heads on straight.
Only way this happens if is Rocco transfers to an SEC school or something. If he stays he is a lock to start.
Rocco is playing hurt. Unless he goes portaling, he's our starter.
In today's NIL world, it would normally cost millions (yeah, plural) to hold onto a really good 4th year starter QB. I guess the good news is I doubt we'll have to break our NIL bank to hold onto Rocco, especially if we're feeling really good about the guy(s) in line behind him.
