Are you sure that you have the right year? There was considerable support in '06 after surprising many with a winning season and a bowl game in year one. Last Dec the unrest was building after an 0-4 Nov resulted in a losing season.

I believe the contract extension he received, entailed a lower buy out from his original contract if dismissed.

Its been covered here a bit, but the sentiment on the KSU boards is that Prince ran off a fair share of assistants, and position coaches in the last couple years. That turnover is being blamed for not properly developing players they have brought in.

Just rumor right now, reported by GoPowercats.com. Apparently GP's agent has denied. I've been watching on The Football Forum.. or what's left of it. Lots of coaching threads, lots of names (GP, Fran, even Snyder coming back.) Wild speculation right now, from what I can tell.
