I think Dahlia meant CR as in Cyclone Report, not CF. There is a guy over there who has given weather reports for tailgating and games for years. Usually spot on.
Work is freaking out right now. Basically planning all movements this weekend and Monday. Once Tuesday hits, I think Im going to turn into a plow truck driver for the rest of the week.
I expect you to eat the hash first. In case I somehow get stranded and end up at your place. I want it to be hash free.

Yes they do. It's an educated guess based on a compilation of how past storms behaved, but it's still a guess.
They model predictive data. I suppose you can call that a guess, but in scientific terms, I don't think that is accurate. It's an algorithmic mathematical prediction based on current and historical data.
Technically no, the model itself is doing no guessing, unless you consider solving mathematical equations guessing.
