Yes, following up on everything, especially the mobile. It'll keep getting better. This is a major switch after 10 years with a different company. We'll get there.

I'm having the same problem. I was having issues with the app & so I deleted it with the intention of redownloading it. But it's not there to download.
What I’ve noticed it’s due to pop ups at the bottom. The page can’t load until it gets its advertisements done.
The sad part is even if you are a superfanatic, you still get this before you can get into the site and then have the ads disappear. It’s like a way around the ad blocker that superfanatic subscription gets you.
The site is crashing a lot for me over the past day and getting worse. I think the site is trying to load an ad and it’s failing, causing the whole site to crash.
The page will render upon reload, but it will crash again frequently, I think when it starts trying to load the ad spot again.

Yup been having that same issue. The constant ad refreshes causing the site to 404 unless reloaded.
Plus when ads refresh the page will refresh and I will get an older or cached version of the page I was on. Have to reload to get the updated forums posts.
I’m having problems where some links (I think Twitter and Bluesky) in other people’s posts don’t show up. It sometimes looks like my phone is still trying to load the page, but it never completes it.

I've been getting double charged for my premium subscription for the better part of two years. It's not the end of the world, I like supporting what you do for us, but I've messaged about it in the past so figured I'd try here. Any way I can get this addressed? I don't have Paypal so it's not something I can do on my end.
I’m having that issue too. They usually load eventually but it’s slow. Honestly the whole site is really slow on mobile right now.
Really frustrating because you can normally somewhat work around the pop up ads but when the page crashes it eliminates the ability to even just work around it.
They don't return messages. They don't fix bugs (they are features). This site sucks like no other.
