Yea he probably saw PT limited with guys like Freyler, Howard, Cooper, Verdon and maybe spring JUCO signee McGee.
I think he was a solid player, but probably not a P5 starter at safety. Good special teams guy would probably be his role.
I like how he said we let him chase him dreams, dude did a lot of chasing, unfortunately he was a safety and that isn't good at that position.
Maybe we need back-ups in case of injuries. Never heard anything bad about him. Best of luck except he plays against ISU.

My first thought of him was his first play in the CCG where he gave up a TD in the same manner as the OSU game.

He’s a converted fullback, he’s not meant to be a strong player in the passing game. His role is what it is and when our OL is as bad as it is, his role is definitely needed.
