Opinions on that INT

Where are you seeing OSU guy with TWO hands?! Please provide an image, because I think your're seeing things.

I'm changing my mind looking at the one view again. The main view they showed on TV gave that appearance but now I can see how they both have one hand.

The perception is likely just that the ball is on the OKSt player's body. Maybe more importantly is he never comes down or finishes any sort of move with clear possession.

INT.
Gotta win the ball & make the play. Don’t let the game come down to a judgement call from a non-competitor.
Good call.
If you want to win, win the ball.
You’re nuts. It was either a TD or incomplete pass. The fact they said it was confirmed suggests they saw what they wanted to see, just like with the double standard on PI.

This is the same replay official who needed a 5 minute timeout and 30 seconds off the play clock before buzzing down to review a 3rd down run only to move the ball half yard.

Ruling it "confirmed" cannot be argued as being "good call". Anyone here who thinks that is deluding themselves. We should all at least agree on that (even OK State fans should agree with that).

You definitely cannot confirm that play as a catch when the defender doesn't look to ever have sole possession in bounds.

Murdock traps ball on defenders chest (which OSU defender does not have any control of) and murdock keeps arm around ball to ground.

At least he was correct, we did get a half yard break on that spot...but still there were plenty of bad spots against us not corrected and it is certainly a huge WTF to review that after a long timeout.

One thing we can probably all agree on is that it was a very tough play for the refs to call. I think they got it wrong, but still can't be all that mad at the zebras.

Agreed. Not happy with the INT call, but not mad about it. I'm mad about the inconsistency of the holding/PI calls, especially when they no-called more egregious fouls by OSU.

The call on the play before was really easy though. And they got it wrong.

Yeah, the fact that not just us, but most neutral observers when i read places like reddit, say 'thats not OSU ball', says that this was at very least not 'indisputable evidence' that the call was correct as called, because, well... its highly disputable. Therefore, at worst the call shouldve just been 'call stands', even though i think there actually is indisputable evidence marchie had simultaneous possession, and at times sole possession, all the way to the ground.

Whoever here said it is only "confirmed" if you see what you WANT to see nailed it. No way an impartial viewer CONFIRMS the OK State player has sole possession in bounds as required for the TD.

Need to see the other angle that shows OSU player’s right hand...can’t really tell from that clip, but I’m starting to see that as a touchdown or incomplete due to the process of a catch.

That to me indicates that the officials were trying to confirm the call and nothing else. Biased reviews suck. If you replace "Iowa State" with "Ohio State" that call gets reversed. Just ask a Penn State fan.

His other arm is behind his back, no where near the ball.

I hate when people call refs out for doing what's best for the conference, but it's just odd they confirmed that.
