Opinions on that INT

On the bright side, now that ISU has been eliminated from championship consideration, we should be the beneficiaries of Big 12 corruption the next 2 weeks - considering ISU is OU's only loss, they now have to make that loss look as good as possible, amirite?
Possibly, it should work in our favor next week, but the following week, the Big 12 will likly need a KSU win for an additional bowl game.

You people that are continuing to embarrass yourselves, trying to convince yourselves and everyone else that that final pass should have been a TD....watch the play in regular speed (like the officials had to) and take off your ROSE COLORED ISU GLASSES. We didn't lose due to that play (see the poor and repetitive defensive play calling). Just ridiculous.
Mine are GOLD COLORED ISU GLASSES.

I understand where you are coming from, and I somewhat agree. What still irritates me is the fact is that we had a chance to play for a Big 12 title, something that could bring us to a national stage, taken from us. I’m not saying we would have won the next two games, or even won that game. Heck, I don’t even know if we would have made the extra point of two point conversion, but we don’t know because poor officiating took away our chance.

Pretty big chance to not let WV jump up 20-0 and not make needed stops late or convert on offense too.

Same goes with last weekend--need to hold OSU to less than 49 points and make stops late. 3rd and 22?

Hopefully the team isn't hungover from it, and comes out sharp and plays 60 minutes that way on Saturday or this thread will be even more pointless.

I dunno - I think guaranteeing OU a playoff spot >>> ensuring KSU gets into a bowl. Or that would be the case if the Big 12 thought logically, anyway.
You could be right. It may be more profitable for the Big 12 and even KSU if they lose their last two games.

That's how screwed up this gets in the current system. More justfication for a champions only playoff. Still, TV likes to hype the ranking system, so it will never happen.

I watched the game in non-high def. I was convinced it was at best, dual possession, at worst, an interception. Someone posted a link to the game, and I watched it in high def and slow motion from all angles shown. No way that the replay official confirms an interception. In fact, it looks like no one has a solid hold on the ball til Murdoch rips it away just before they roll out of bounds, then when out of bounds, OSU player is finally able to get both hands solidly on the ball and rip it out of Murdoch's arms. In any case, the defensive player doesn't have control of the ball. Certainly can also make the same argument for Murdoch, but his momentary hold on the ball is slightly more traditional.

No way this is an interception. Confirmation of a TD is another matter.

BTW- What I found to be the best angle in HD slow motion is the angle I was most likely to dismiss under lesser definition. The camera looking into the endzone from say the ten yard line and the side of the play. Ball is clearly visible in Murdoch's possession just before they go out of bounds.
