How insulting is that to the kids that actually went out there and played their asses off? If that’s me, I’m seriously questioning if that’s a guy I want to play for.

I give Florida credit for even playing the game with a skeleton-crew roster and a bunch of bench-warming wide receivers. Mullen is right - we need to re-evaluate the bowl games to make them worth playing in.
They paused their avoiding talking about anything good that comes out of the Big 12 last night to actually have the idea about paying players to be in the games or something. It's maybe a start although paying players will only create more of a gap.

That's what I was getting at. Getting your *** kicked and then chalking it up to mailing it in with a bunch of scrubs is about the most SEC coach thing I can think of.
Matt Perrault somehow made everyone in Iowa dislike him. I mean Bill Fennelly didn't like the guy. Matt literally is a douche, and then plays martyr when people call him out for it.
I do think this may be what finally gets us to an 8 team playoff. Players foo-fooing the Cotton Bowl like it's some low-level bowl in Shreveport is a problem for the NCAA. But it's becoming clear many top-tier players aren't playing unless it's the playoffs.
What the Florida coach said wreaks of someone who has bought into everything being said of the SEC and Big 12 and thought all he had to do was show up and they win. It's a no lose for him. You win......whatever, SEC rules. You lose....we are playing with 10 year olds in wheel chairs. I don't think however he was expecting that kind of a curb stomping. Say what you want coach.......with a full roster you weren't beating OU.

My question is why does Trask a senior decide to play with his 4 best WRs not playing?
I know it won't actually happen, but it would be funny if he lost a bunch of the backup players to transfer after those comments and plays next season with a depleted roster.
